But tell you, “No, it’s not like that.”

We all have days like this for you and me. 365 days of the year are fun and not thrilling. There are many feeling down days like this.

So today will share with you some tips that will help me get through such days: Apart from this, there can be things you would like to do, please be concerned about that also.

01)  Recognize Mood.

When you feel stressed and sad, “How does that make me feel?” Paying attention to what is said. Some people get body pain like their shoulders are stuck when they are stressed. Periods become irregular, Feeling anxious. First, understand how you feel when you are feeling down. Then you can make a routine to get through such a day.

02) Write the journal.

As someone who writes a journal, they can able to understand that each day in life passes in a different way. That’s why there is no need to worry unnecessarily about a feeling-down day. But if you are continuously sad, you can find it in the journal itself. Therefore, get a better understanding of your mental state by writing a journal.

03) Do things you like.

On a day when the mood is messed up, try not to do things you don’t like and to do more things you like: Watching a favourite movie, reading a book, a vlog, listening to a playlist, cooking a favourite meal. The room is cleaned and new bedsheets are put on. This helps to change the mood in your mind.

04) Talk to someone you trust.

There are some people who are mood fixers. You can choose a few people from the nearest circle and it is comforting to talk with them. So talk to someone who is open-minded and not to everyone.

05) Look for

When you feel heavy, always look for those things to figure it out on your own. That means on the internet, youtube, google “Why do you feel this way?” “What can be done to avoid it?” “Is this a normal situation?” Searching for things like this method is good for a guide who often finds the answers to their own questions.

06) Be realistic.

This is the most important thing. It means understanding that “these days are very normal in life”. You bless yourself that it’s not your bad luck or not getting it. We all have a difficult time in our lives. It is more important to deal with it with understanding.

These little tips help you get through the hard days, but if you feel like you can’t help yourself for a long time, then definitely get proper help.

And remind you that one bad day doesn’t mean your whole life is bad. It’s just one more day.

Trust me, everything will be fine again soon.
