For some time in the Self Love Practice, you can accustomed to saying a thank you speech for yourself at the end of the day.

  • Usually, you say thank you to those who help you, those who spend time with you.
  • But you’re not used to thanking yourself. ‘What nonsense is that?’ Now you will think, ‘Why are you doing that?’
  • But if you really think about it, don’t you think that that little mind that carries everything, that brain that intelligently balances everything, is broken at times? How hard they work to keep you alive. So can’t you talk to them with some loving words?
  • The way you spend your day today can be a day that someone else dreams of. See the past day as a blessing. Even if it’s the worst day, understand that it’s just one day, not a bad life. So take a moment to thank yourself for today. Don’t forget to say thank you to everyone and appreciate and encourage yourself.
  • When you come to bed after eating till the end of the night, close your eyes and whisper good things to your heart without ending the day crying after fighting in the relationship. Say hopeful words like “You’re great today, you’ve done well today, I’m proud of you, even if today’s a hard day, tomorrow is a new day, tomorrow you can make a difference.”

Give thanks for the successful completion of the day’s work.

Be grateful for facing the challenges of the day.

Be thankful for a peaceful day.

Even if the only thing you did today was to breathe, be thankful for that.

Thank you for choosing to live today even though the pain is too much to bear.

Be thankful for being strengthened by people’s words, actions, and behaviours without being hurt.

Be thankful for believing in your goal, purpose, and dream.

Try saying this thank you speech before going to sleep for 30 days. Those thanks are deeply embedded in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind understands how much you love your life.

Believe, even if you feel down sometimes, the gratitude stored in your subconscious mind will become a strength and you will be strong at that time.
