First of all, this writer has also faced such days. Such times will definitely come to all of us in the future. Especially since the current situation in the country affects more or less everyone, we all feel more pressure than ever.

01) Take a breath Relax. Accept.

If you are tired after thinking, now is the time to take a deep breath. Do breathe in and out mindfully. Trust me, this will make you feel a little lighter. At the same time, think “I know this is a difficult time for me, but it’s okay. I can get out of here.”

Take a pen and paper and write down everything that comes to your mind. Write down things that feel heavy on your heart. No order is needed. Write as you remember.

Then write the questions you have in these separate sections in a way that you understand.

How is your financial situation now?

How much money do you need to avoid being stuck for the next few days?

Who can get advice from?

What are your chances?

Focus on these parts one by one.

It is very boring to comb when the hair is tightly knotted. Hard isn’t it? What do we do then? Is it divided into sections? After that, the knots are removed from the ends.

In the same way, when you feel that you cannot find a corner, divide the problem into parts. It will be easy to unravel.

03) Don’t overthink. Practice mindfulness.

You need to stop overthinking now. “He thinks like this, they must be saying this about me, Oh, what happened to me?” Instead of thinking extremely, pay attention to how you spend this time.

Listen, today you have been in your room since morning without even doing a wash and thinking about it, now go and do a quick wash. Change clothes. To be fresh, apply some clones on both sides of the ears.
